“I feel like I knew that, but I couldn’t quite see it.”

I hear some version of that at the end of many private sessions.

It got me wondering how someone can tell us something over and over, yet we can’t fully take it in.

I’m starting to think the difference between knowing something and truly seeing it isn’t more information.

It’s reducing the ruckus running around on top.

The pressure of needing to make a decision.
The feeling that everything is moving too fast.
The need to get it right.

Clarity is what remains when enough of the noise falls away.

What we already knew has room to surface.

Clear.
Simple.
Available.
