Sometimes a break is so needed.

Integrating after that break requires another break.

I feel like I've come back as a different person.

Some evolution took place.
Was needed.

And now I'm finding my footing.

My old anchors aren't anchoring anymore.

My routines need to shift.

What do I want now?

Where am I headed?

As we evolve, our old life can start to feel like a pair of jeans from ten years ago.

We can stop trying to squeeze ourselves back into them.

It's okay to update the wardrobe.

It's okay to update our routines.

Our environment.

Our structures.

No matter how well they've served us.

If they no longer fit, then they gots to go.
